Whether it’s with a group of friends or professionals, come and encounter one of our chefs or sommeliers whom all transmit their passion to invigorate you curiosity. The ingredients for the recipe are 1/3 exchange, 1/3 verbal theory and of course 1/3 pleasure, all in a casual ambience, based on current and actual concepts.

Discover the subtle delicacies of Ruinart Champagne. Associate different aromas to diverse styles through multiple cuvée tastings, and demistify the art of converting a still wine into effervescent state.

A practical walkthrough of the basis of sensory analysis in the purpose of realizing your own wine and food pairings in a convivial but captivating surrounding. With the help of Chef’s carefully curated bites, acquire the classic and rudimentary knowledge which will open your eyes to the inexact science of wine and food pairings.

Les amateurs de bière seront ravis d’avoir une formation qui éclaire les étapes qui mènent à la fabrication de la bière ainsi qu’aux principes de la dégustation, le tout, articulé autour des somptueuses bières de la brasserie Dunham. Beer lovers will be delighted by this course which encompasses the steps that lead to the fabrication of beer and the principles of tasting, with the platform being the delectable beers from Dunham Microbrasserie.

Bubbles!

During each festive occasion there is an invariable magic conducted through bubbles. Discover the nuances and the stylistic decisions taken when producing sparkling wine as well as the aromas and flavours that are a result of it’s fabrication. Pleasure and delectation assured!

Châteauneuf-du-pape

An encounter with one of the most important terroirs in France and it’s soils in purpose to discover the stylistic differences that are caused by diverse terroirs. From 4 contrasting soil types in the same appellation you will taste 4 wines with a set of distinct and concluding nuances that arrive to the conclusion that Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a unique wine!

Identifying aromas

In this whimsical atelier put your senses to the test! Attempt to identify the odors hidden in the containers grouped within their specific wine aroma families. Complimented by wines that reflect the aromas confirmed. An experience that smells good.

Kim Crawford

Henceforth, it is possible to make your own blend of…Kim Crawford. With the help of a pipet, assemble and blend different base wines with the goal of trying to get closest to the actual…Kim Crawford. For the pleasure of becoming the cellar master for a day.
