Created in 2011, Dunham brewery was rapidly acclaimed as one of the best breweries in the world. Located in the eastern townships, the small brewery specializes in Saisons, a Belgian inspired type of farmhouse ale, and in barrel-aged or Foeder aged ales fermented with wild yeasts. They focus on dry, elegant and complex beers that are both creative and easy to drink. The beers change with passing seasons, as they try to showcase locally-grown ingredients as much as possible. Sébastien Gagnon, founder, Éloi Deit, head brewer, and Simon Gaudreault, lead the brewery, surrounded by passionate and talented people.
